Tom Byron is a seedy land developer whose plan for developing a prison annex on a sprawling estate is interrupted by escaped prisoner Randy Spears. After stealing Byron's clothes, Spears goes on to impersonate the wealthy owner of the property where several beautiful women live. He is soon found out by the property manager (Danielle Rogers) who has her own plans on how to deal with prisoners.
